Liz and I met on a kindergarten field trip where our kids both attended, and we've been friends ever since. She grew up in the Quad Cities area near the Illinois/Iowa border. Her father was in the military and Liz followed in those footsteps after high-school. From there Liz became a mother to a great kid and one of our sons best friends.
